In 1984, Joe, Nina and family, along with their entrepreneurial spirit started a multi national food service company that would span two decades and two countries. With production facilities in Toronto, Vancouver and Phoenix, Arizona, and an employee base of 300, their simple idea grew to a 40 million dollar Sales company. Today, the company that still bears the family name is owned by one of Canada’s largest bakeries.
